Bertram Chapman MBE Son of Albert Chapman the founder of the business, Bertram has spent his whole working life in the Soft Furnishing and Upholstery trade. Apprenticed at the Savoy Group of Companies before joining the family firm in 1948.

Master of the Worshipful Company of Upholders 2000–2001. Serving Director and Past President of the Association of Master Upholsterers and Soft Furnishers.

Stephen Chapman.

Stephen Chapman. Grandson of the founder Stephen is responsible for all the Chapman Companies and began his career in the late 1960’s at Heal and Son in central London, prior to joining the family business in 1973.

He represents the company at the onset of potential commissions and uses his considerable experience of design interpretation and project management to the benefit of each client.

Dedicated to promote and maintain the highest standards to the craft of the upholsterer and soft furnisher both within his own organization and the trade.

Stephen serves on the Court of the Worshipful Company of Upholders (Upholsterers)

Responsible for, and oversees, production in both the Soft Furnishing and Upholstery Departments, encompassing purchase of components and quality control, ensuring that the final products fulfill the requirements of the specification and delivery time and date.
